Rock is our firm’s principal and is a Professional Member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI). He has over thirty-five years experience as a foodservice professional including ten years experience in hotel/motel management, foodservice, catering and restaurant operations. He also has ten years experience in operations, sales and management with two major foodservice equipment and supply dealers. His foodservice design experience covers a wide variety of markets including; education, health care, corrections, business and industry, restaurants, hospitality and water parks.
